In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, complex power systems, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, complex power systems, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Communication protocols e.g., MODBUS or related; UNIX systems; SEL RTAC, Wonderware, Golang, Python, or related programming platforms; Largesite networking including switching, IP routing, VLANs, and firewalls; Utility reliability standards e.g., NERC, FERC, or NIST; Experience paralleling multiple AC sources including synchronization, voltage vs. current sources, load sharing, Var control, droop control, frequency management, or protection coordination; and Experience troubleshooting realtime SCADA systems. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
