In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in structural engineering.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in structural engineering in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience with Steel Design, ColdFormed Steel Design, or Concrete Design; Type 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 Construction Systems; AutoCAD; Revit; Enercalc, SAP, ETABS, RISABase, or RISA3d Structural Engineering software; Microsoft Office Suite; and ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, or ACI building codes. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
