In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in software application development for manufacturing processes.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related and one 1 year of experience in software application development for manufacturing processes in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and three 3 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Scripting in Python, Ruby, or related common language; Experience testing and validating embedded software in electromechanical systems; Project management; Lean Manufacturing metrics; and New product introduction. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
