In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in product design, product packaging, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related and three 3 years of experience in product design, product packaging, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Design first principles in support of functional vehicle systems optimization, including Statics, Dynamics, Materials, and Energy transformation; Part manufacturing processes from circuit boards to large castings; Design, packaging or 3D modeling in CATIA or related software; GSD, Part Design, or Assembly Design workbenches; Design in 2D for parttopart optimization; Product Lifecycle Management PLM; 3DX Enovia, Confluence, or JIRA; and 6 and 8 Step problem solving methodology. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
