In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is four 4 years of experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or quality engineering within an assembly plant environment.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or related and two 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or quality engineering within an assembly plant environment in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and four 4 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include PPAP or APQP processes; Statistical Process Control SPC; Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT; Lean Manufacturing certification not required; Experience managing safety critical parts; Experience directing supplier activities at the management level; Project Management; Technical writing to explain complex issues in a concise and plain manner; and SPC and data analysis. Approximately 30 international 5 domestic travel required to China, Taiwan, and Mexico for product launches at contact manufacturing sites, including product industrialization activities, supplier audits, production line readiness review, and qualification. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
