In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Management Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, planning or purchasing.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Management Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in logistics, planning or purchasing in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Team development and leadership; MRP, Production Control and Scheduling; Product lifecycle and BOM management; Procure to Pay processes and supply chain operations management; and Implementing inventory strategies and management processes. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
