In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related. The employer will accept four 4 years of postsecondary academic study or four 4 years of work experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is four 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship or work experience to include 2D CAD; Sewing Machine operations; Trim Development and Master Pattern Maker; Digitizing Software; PLM Software 3D experience; Supplier Management; Hand Sewing; Lectra cutting and operations; and Gerber software. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
