In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is an Associates degree or equivalent in Mold Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in automotive die maintenance and repair.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept four 4 years of experience in automotive die maintenance and repair in lieu of an Associates degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Die spotting in tryout press; Large linetransfer die manufacturing and maintenance for interior and exterior Class A, B, C automobile components; Tool and Die trade obtained at die design and build facility including handson CNC die surface machining; Interpretation of dimensional inspection results such as checking fixture, CMM or vision systems; World class production systems Toyota Production System TPS, General Motors Systems GSM, or equivalent; Working with and developing production performance metrics such as efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, or costs; Die crash repair experience on large line and transfer dies; and Production support and die maintenance on dies producing aluminum stamped exterior components. Availability for various work shifts daynight required. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
