In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a combination thereof. Pre or postMasters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related and five 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a combination thereof in lieu of a Masters degree or equivalent and three 3 years of experience as described above. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, coop or work experience to include CAD Software e.g., CATIA, NX or Solidworks; PLM Software e.g., Teamcenter or Enovia; ASME Y14.5 Standard; Measurement Systems e.g., Checking Fixtures, CMM, or Laser Gauge; and Pugh Analysis. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
