In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is four 4 years of experience in reliability engineering, electromechanical systems, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering or related and two 2 years of experience in reliability engineering, electromechanical systems, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and four 4 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include ReliaSoft Synthesis Platform e.g., Weibull, BlockSim, ALTA, RGA, or xFMEA; Large data sets and Tableau for big data analytics; JMP or related statistical software; Reliability growth techniques e.g., CrowAMSAA or Crow Extended; Fleet reliability monitoring metrics and reliability KPIs; and Reliability warranty analysis and reliability prediction methods. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
