In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is four 4 years of experience in welding, seat engineering, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related and two 2 years of experience in welding, seat engineering, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and four 4 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include GDT; Lean manufacturing in highvolume manufacturing; Data collection and analysis; PFMEA and control plans; Project management; and Problem solving techniques including Six Sigma certification not required, DMAIC, flow, or Kaizen. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
