In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical design engineering, manufacturing equipment engineering, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, manufacturing equipment engineering, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Automotive JIT environment including aspects of interior, exterior or chassis components; Automation systems design, build or commissioning; Fixturing and tooling in CAD e.g., SolidWorks, Catia, or related; Experience introducing new equipment and new processes into a production environment; and Creating detailed equipment documentation and technical specifications for manual or automated manufacturing equipment. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br In F.2 above, the All Other SOC is assigned based on the extension 172112.03 Manufacturing Engineers.
