In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is seven 7 years of experience in IT Applications support.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related and five 5 years of experience in IT Applications support in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and seven 7 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include SQL and .NET framework; Scripting in Perl or Powershell; HP Operations Orchestration, Datapal or related automation tools; ERP and Logistics Domains; JIRA and Team Track tools; and ITIL, BMC Remedy, or related ticketing workflow.
