In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in program management, project management, project coordination, project administration, project engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related and one 1 year of experience in program management, project management, project coordination, project administration, project engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and three 3 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship or work experience to include Creating Gantt Charts and Schedule documents; Developing team and product roadmaps; Managing Engineering BOM using Enovia PLM; Developing Product Specification Documents using CAD, TDS and Polarion; Reliability and Safety Risk Assessments including DFMEA and PFMEA and validation tracking; Designing risk reports and mitigation strategies; Confluence, Jira and Microsoft online; Tracking and reporting BOM cost and project spend; and MOS and WARP. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
