In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within a highvolume manufacturing environment.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include PPAP or APQP; Statistical Process Control SPC; Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT; Lean Manufacturing; Metrology equipment including Profilometer, Calipers, Micrometers, or Flying Probe tester; MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Experience communicating and directing supplier activities; and Technical writing. Approximately 15 domestic and 20 international travel required to various Tesla manufacturing sites and unanticipated supplier sites to support engineering design reviews, as well as trial builds of first generation new products, equipment and tools. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
