In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in energy markets, energy utilities, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related and one 1 year of experience in energy markets, energy utilities, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and three 3 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience tracking energy storage market conditions, storage project funding, and product development; Financial analyses using Microsoft Excel; Experience developing cash flow statements for individual projects and calculating metrics e.g., Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return or Payback period; Battery systems, power conversion, or grid systems; Contract review and technical scopes of work; and Experience working with utilities on generation development and interconnection. Approximately 20 domestic travel required to customer sites e.g., utilities, project developers, F1000 companies to pitch Teslas energy storage products, present proposal, and negotiate technical contracts. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
