MS in Management of Information Systems, Engineering Management, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in similar duties emphasizing product management, product requirement gathering and analysis, stakeholder management, developing and revising system designs, use of computers and business analytics tools to provide solutions to development of critical portions of business operations, including procurement management for customers.
