Five 5 years of professional experience in the job offered or in a managerial position in the field of modern commercial installation with combined strategic and operations responsibilities working with a variety of materials, including wood, glass, marble, aluminum, Corean, acrylic panels, leather, fabric, silk, and onyx; coordinating all phases of the project Conceptualization, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration performance management; Coordinating and supervising all aspects of subcontractors role as per project dictates; Managing business risk; Reviewing project cost estimates and construction budgets, detecting inaccuracies, omissions, duplications, and errors; Interacting with clients directly; Leading communication with official authorities, clients, and the team; Coordinating employee training and developing performance evaluations; Reviewing and revising contract documentation, project scheduling, budget, staffing, and profitability; Conducting construction site visits, drafting project reports, andbr overseeing the schedule and quality control; Coordinating and preparing site reports and project design and drawings; Designing in compliance with International Building Codes ISO 9001;2015; Working on specialist construction management computer applications CAD Primavera Scheduling; and Developing new business opportunities. Position requires international travel typically, 10 times per year and domestic travel typically, 30 times per year, as needed, for client meetings, supervision of manufacturer mockups, and attendance of presentations to official authorities
