Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Purchasing or related field and 5 years of work experience inbr br Leading purchase order negotiations valuing in at least 5 Million USD;br Defining procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk;br Providing expertise in specific purchasing domain;br Financial awareness and project management and contracts management;br Engagement with international suppliers;br Preparing, organizing, and conducting assigned procurement sponsored meetings, including bid clarification and postaward meetings, for the purpose of ensuring completebr understanding and agreement of all contractual matters with suppliers;br Legal and commercial aspects of procurement.br br In lieu of a Bachelors degree, the employer will accept 2 years of work experience.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in the position offered or any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title.
