Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or related field. Must have 6 years of experience with Relevant business knowledge, preferably in retail, planning, or logistics; statistical analysis, multivariant testing strategies and concepts, regression modeling and forecasting, time series analysis, data mining, financial analysis, economic order quantity modeling, game theory and optimization; ability to write and understand SQL Hive, Teradata, etc. and use SQL to bring insight to life via key BI tools; SAS, R Python or other analytics tools; understanding of analytical and statistical techniques including model building and experimental design; and position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolisarea Target office, as directed.
