Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and five years of consultancy recruitment experience in the financial services industry. Experience must include Must have experience providing consulting services related to strategic recruitment, hiring, and selection processes; conducting initial assessments and analyses of recruitment strategies; making recommendations to improve training mentorship programs and recruitment strategies; creating compensation packages; developing recruitment strategies; assessing job requirements and validating them against current market requirements; developing client relationships; meeting with candidates to assess technical skills, industry experience and character; and creating training material focused on recruitment strategies.
