Required skills Gain the cellbased analysis by performing the relevant experiments and using the advanced technology on flow cytometry BDCanto II for cell characterization assay to identify the primary immunodeficiencies and explore the ELISA instrument Ella, MSD for cytokine release assay by optimizing high throughput screening methods; obtain the knowledge of calibration, maintenance, validation, qualification and troubleshooting ability for cell therapy related laboratory instruments and experiment methods including revamp of instrument, software upgrade and to make sure instrument are 21CFR part 11 compliance; derive knowledge of Cell potency and experience of cell characterization on flow cytometry BD LSRII from the in vivo tests and culture the tumor cells to generate cell bank for in vivo use and check out the killing efficiency of the final product; analyze the data, plot graphs, and generate the results to support the product characterization by using the data statistic software GraphPad Prism, JMP, SPSS. Up to 10 travel required.
