Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in a biotech industry in each of the following 1. Working with systems or assay integration in a laboratory research environment or industry; 2. Applying scientific principles and concepts in resolving multifactor technical problems in Microfluidics, Microfabrication, and Next Generation Sequencing; 3. Designing and executing experiments and studies in solving problems using a multidisciplinary scientific approach including instrumentation, optics, software, chemistry, and biochemistry; 4. Working on robotics andor microfluidics and running biological assays on instruments; 5. Working on molecular and cell biology laboratory procedures including PCR, qPCR, RTPCR, cell processing, or associated analyses; 6. Performing data analysis using JMP or MATLAB and programming languages including R or Python; 7. Creating scientific and engineering study reports, work instructions, and process or product specification requirements; and 8. Vendor engagement and collaborative development with external sources.br br Position requires 5 travel, fully reimbursed by employer.
