EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and two 2 years of experience in software engineering using backend technology stacks.br br ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENT Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in software engineering using backend technology stacks.br br SPECIFIC SKILLS Also requires education or experience in 1. Java; 2. Database management systems, including Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres, for query plan optimization; 3. Linux, OSX, or Unix operating systems; 4. Deploying software applications using Docker container and Kubernetes; 5. Optimizing code with design patterns, data structures, and algorithms; 6. Building microservices architecture using messaging technologies, including RabbitMQ or Kafka; and 7. Eclipse and IntelliJ Integrated Development Environments IDEs.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
