The position requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, electronic engineering, engineering or a related technical field and five years of experience in the job offered or in building and providing support for production SQL servers. Stated experience must include installing and configuring SQL server; designing and implementing backup plan and disaster recovery strategies; configuring and troubleshooting SQL server clusters; troubleshooting performance problems; new server installation and migration of databases; SQL code optimization; data protection; and reviewing database server vulnerability scans and devising countermeasures. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience which would qualify an applicant for the position.
