Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Suitable education, training or experience must include a bachelors degree in civil engineering, with coursework in traffic engineering and traffic modeling, followed by minimum 2 years experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction administration e.g., as Associate Engineer, Asst. Engineer, Traffic Engineer of designbuild infrastructure, SWPP, streetscape, joint trench utilities, and municipal projects in accordance with AASHTO Green Book, Highway Design Manual California and AREMA MRE, including Caltrans Standards, and utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation Inroads.
