Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.br Five years of postbaccalaureate, progressive work experience managing teams engaged in software development, including planning, controlling, risk and quality management, agile methodology, scrum meetings, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
