Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field, and seven 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, as VP, Associate, or related. Full term of experience must include each of the following Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and interpreting analytical data for investment transactions; Executing a range of advisory and capital raising transactions, including mergers and acquisitions MA transactions; Investment transaction execution within telecom industry; Supportingparticipating in client presentations including marketsector updates and strategic decisions for financial advisory services; Managing client relationships; and Identifying, sourcing, creating and executing new business opportunities. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br Requires up to 25 domestic travel to meet with current and future potential clients.br br Remote work permitted within commuting distance.
