At least 1 year of experience in creating new dishes and menu items for a restaurant commanding sales greater than 3,000,000; At least 5 years of experience in managing kitchen staff in a restaurant commanding sales greater than 3,000,000; At least 5 years of experience working as a chef in a restaurant commanding sales greater than 3,000,000. Experience may be acquired concurrently.
