Doctorate degree or foreign equivalent in Organizational Behavior or a closely related field by the date of appointment. ABD all but dissertation candidates will be considered. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to conduct independent scholarly research and the potential to publish high quality research in top scholarly publications. Special consideration given to candidates with experience in leadership development, team leadership, shared and collective leadership, digital leadership, strategic leadership, decision making, leadership related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of, or a potential for excellence in research as demonstrated by publications in FT50 or ABS 4 journals and teaching, and an ability to collaborate with the other faculty in the School of Business.
