Bachelors degree or foreign education equivalent in Business Administration, Management or related field plus six 6 years of experience with strategic business functions such as pricing, revenue management, corporate planning, or other business finance related areas in roles advising senior leaders or, alternatively, a Masters degree or foreign education equivalent in Business Administration, Management or related field and four 4years of experience with strategic business functions such as pricing, revenue management, corporate planning, or other business finance related areas in roles advising senior leaders. Specific skillsother requirements Experience must include quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section Strategizing and assessing market, product and financial measures and translate findings into actionable business opportunities; Creating and executing pricing and revenue management operating model and strategies; Organizing and optimizing data for accuracy in database systems; Creating an executive reporting strategy leveraging advanced reporting tools; Collating various forms of data, providing strategic partnership to key stakeholders and effectively leading through team management and influence; Partnering with executive leaders such as CEO, CFO, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner presenting business and functional strategy to an executive audience; Running functional transformation across the areas of people, process and technology through building teams, reengineering and streamlining processes, and implementing technological solutions; and Leading strategic initiatives, providing coaching, leading through influence.
