Experience listed in H.10A must include experience managing subordinate operations personnel in a Chemical manufacturing environment; leading and developing teams in Chemical process operations; safe handling and managing operations of hazardous chemicals; providing direction for manufacturing improvements utilizing ISO andor other structured quality improvement tools.
