Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field, and 8 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience; OR a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience.br br Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following Project management and business development related to water treatmentdistribution, wastewater collectiontreatmentdisposal and hydrology designmodeling; Organizing, planning, and executing projects from pursuit through closeout, involving internal personnel, contractors and vendors; Project budgeting, proposal writing, invoicing; and defining and setting the direction for a team and project, strategy development and change management.br br Must have a U.S. Professional Engineer license or a foreign equivalent.br br Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 30.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
