Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering any, Procurement Studies, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field plus three 3 years of experience in the position offered, as a Country Head of Property, Project Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or related.br br br Must have three 3 years of experience with Corporate Real Estate CRE Knowledge including facilities, safety and security workplace, business resilience, project and asset management; Procurement methods and contractual arrangements relating to property services delivery including facility management, safety and security workplace, business resilience, project management and asset management; Working with contract management with an understanding of required legal clauses, relevant to property services, business resilience, risk management, financial management, outsourcing management and performance management; Leading a country discipline within the CRE Industry under financial services governance models, including compliance with Regional and Global Bank requirements; Ensuring risk compliance, external laws, security information, data management, antibribery and corruption, financial crime, safety and security workplace, outsourcing agreements, business resilience, financial and audits applicable to CRE supplier services and agreements; Understanding regulatory requirements, Group policies, processes and standards relating to the Financial Services Industry across the North America and LATAM region for CRE Supply partners and services; Identifying compliance gaps and track actions and implementation through periodic reviews; Ensure applicable external laws and regulations, internal policies, procedures, limits and other risk control requirements are implemented and complied with; and Robust governance models and relationship management of CRE supply partners.
