Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have 3 years of experience with the following Project proposals and design estimates; making technical decisions based on building code interpretations; developing cooling and heating load calculations and building energy simulation; and developing design criteria, equipment and system specifications, plan drawings and layouts, construction and engineering estimates.
