Improve existing operations and documenting improvement in manuals for internal use. Prepare business plans which identify areas of improvement. Apply analytical skills and strategic planning to improve internal operational performance of our existing properties. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Monitor suppliers and vendors to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Confer with personnel to coordinate business operations. Develop business or financial information systems. Gather organizational performance information. Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with management.
