Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 6 months of work experience in the position offered or a software engineeringrelated occupation. Education or Experience must include 1 Object oriented programming; 2 Programming algorithms; 3 Data structure design; 4 Operating Systems; 5 Source code management; and 6 Software debugging.
