Three 3 years of experience monitoring software systems, creating alerts, dashboards, charts and reports, and assisting in alerts delivery. Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience performing database development, programming, design, and analysis; writing, reading, tuning and debugging in SQL; coding and scripting in Java, Python, JavaScript, Bash and batch files; utilizing automation, configuration management and enterprise schedulers; developing dashboard and enhancement parameters and formulas; and in performing duties, utilizing Cloud, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and GitHub.
