Five 5 years of experience partnering with crossfunctional teams to support integration efforts for the MA experience globally. Prior experience must include five 5 years of experience leading internal communications throughout deal life cycle with all crossfunctional partners; supporting HR MA end to end project management, from deal due diligence through to close and integration; assisting with crossfunctional stakeholder management, including leading agile work groups that consist of stakeholders from legal, finance, IT, and accounting; utilizing People data management and manipulation in MS Excel to help enable integration efforts and maintain the upmost privacy and confidentiality; assessing People related risk and issue management, including predicting risk areas attrition risks, spans, and layers assessment to determine inefficiencies and unnecessary costs..
