Three 3 years of experience designing, developing and supporting advanced systems applications that meet business needs and system specifications. Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience creating, modifying, and testing the code, forms, and script that allow computer software applications to run; evaluating user requests for new and modified programs to support international standards; analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current systems, and computer capabilities; working on program codes, commands and testing applications, and providing advice and guidance to system users to solve operating problems; and using Unix, Java, C, and C.
