Associate degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field; Minimum three years of experience in job or in related production supervisory role in paper manufacturing in a large, international paper mill environment. Experience must include specialized knowledge of paper production especially for hygienic purpose; knowledge of tissue paper converting equipment.
