Requires a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, and two years of experience in tracking the health of key initiatives run by various internal teams, and analyzing data to surface actionable insights for stakeholders; establishing project plans and processes to deliver custom solutions using best practices for Project Management, including utilizing Gantt charts in Excel; mining data from Salesforce to create nonstandard services to improve retention and revenue; and developing dashboards to capture KPIs and present status of programs to stakeholders to derive actionable insights.
