Continued from Item H.10B Position requires a minimum of 3 years Item H.10A of experience in international freight services carrying out the following duties Coordinate with transportation providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments; Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels; Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and correct errors, tracking tracing all shipments and follow up until delivery at destination; Responsible for the documentation and operational aspects of export, reexportreship foreign to foreign, return cargo, abandoned cargo, and auction cargo; Resolve invoices with shipping lines, clients and other vendors; Coordinate with port authorities and customs globally; Resolve cargo insurance claims, including coordinating with localinternational legal representatives to resolve different shipping related issues. Employer will accept five years Item H.8C of experience in international freight services carrying out the above duties in lieu of a Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience.
