Some telecommuting is permitted.br br Special Requirements Position requires at least 6 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1 Lead technology engagements and participate in Salesforce and Salesforce Industries Vlocity projects including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production.br 2 Lead internal enablement initiatives by conducting training bootcamps and preparing practitioners for Salesforce Industries Vlocity certification growing the Salesforce Industries Vlocity capability with trained and certified members and acting as subject matter expert SME for assessing solutions for any incoming Salesforce Industries Vlocity project by leveraging expertise of hands on experience designing and building Salesforce Industries Vlocity projects.br 3 Contribute to RFPs and sales pursuits as a subject matter expert SME by providing expertise on health cloud, Salesforce Industries Vlocity Health and payers business.br 4 Development Configuration and Customization of Salesforce and Salesforce Industry Vlocity applications authoring Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Triggers, Lightning web components, Angular templates and customized metadata components.br 5 Implementation Implement customizations using Apex and Visualforce; implement batchable and schedulable interfaces for processing large data sets in scheduled intervals along with relational databases and data modeling.br 6 Integration Integrate Salesforce.com with boundary applications using web service integration and Salesforce Industries Vlocity configurable data services such as integration procedures.br 7 Data migration to and from Salesforce using Apex Data Loader, bulk APIs, and ETL tools Informatica Cloud.br 8 Establishing governance board cadence to determine the best solution for a given problem with least amount of tech debt along with environment management, release management, code versioning best practices and develop environment and org strategy.br 9 Perform fitgap analysis between SalesforceSalesforce Industries Vlocity functionality and client requirements and estimate the amount of customization required for specific client requirements.br 10 Mentor and guide Salesforce Developers and Technical Leads on technical aspects of the Salesforce and Salesforce Industries Vlocity platform, lead teams by setting the right cadences and providing growth opportunities to team members through ownership of complex deliverables and provide support to junior members growth in the organization as a counsellor.
