Minimum Requirementsbr Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field followed by seven 7 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a technology consultant related occupation.br br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites within commuting distance of Slalom, LLCs Minneapolis, MN office. Some telecommuting is permitted.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least three 3 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr br 1. Deliver largescale Salesforce platform projects at enterprise clientsbr 2. Guide clients through requirements gathering and solution design sessionsbr 3. Create project proposals and cost estimates, including clearly describing decision tradeoffs to clientsbr 4. Conduct oral reviews of solution designs and cost estimates with clientsbr 5. Configure Salesforce platform using declarative tools, including profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, page layouts, assignment rules, and morebr 6. Develop applications using Salesforce programming frameworks, including Apex, HTML, VisualForce, Jquery, JavaScript, Angular JS, Aura LWC and CSS.br 7. Develop and Integrate Salesforce platform with various other platforms such as AWS, Siebel, Azure and SAP.br 8. Review and provide feedback for work products, both documentation and code, prior to submission to clientbr 9. Document and manage test plans to ensure application build effort is successfully deliveredbr 10. Manage large teams involved in Salesforce.com solution development and implementation.
