Minimum Requirementsbr Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and three 3 year of experience in the job offered or in a computerengineering or analystrelated occupation.br br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites within commuting distance of Slalom, LLCs Seattle, WA office.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least three 3 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives and consult with clients about software system design and maintenancebr Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationbr Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform applying analysis of user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of designing solutions within cost and time constraintsbr br Position requires at least two 2 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr Conduct architecture reviews for proposed changes against key levers as well industry best practicesbr Translate business requirements into welldeveloped solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platformbr Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures and execute test plans to ensure a quality solution is deliveredbr Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being usedbr br Position requires at least one 1 year of experience in each of the following skillsbr Collaborate with clients to develop technicaltechnology solutions addressing their individual business challenges, including providing oversight and guidance on overall architecture solutioning
