Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, andor training. Must have Masters degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field of study will accept foreign educational equivalent and 24 months of experience in the job offered of Architectural Designer or in the alternate occupation of Design Coordinator, Architect, or related occupation, or any combination thereof. The 24 months of experience required must include 12 months of experience with each of the following evaluating, selecting, and applying architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to architectural construction documents; writing architectural specifications and performing code reviews as it relates to projects in the Healthcare, Education, and Science and Technology markets; implementing BIM quality control and maintenance; and utilizing energy analysis tools, Diva and Ladybug, to achieve sustainable criteria and design.
