Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, andor training. Must have Masters degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field of study will accept foreign educational equivalent and 24 months of experience in the job offered of Designer or in the alternate occupation of Architect, Architectural Designer, or related occupation, or any combination thereof. The 24 months of experience required must include 24 months of experience with each of the following preparing 3D models, architectural drawings, renderings, diagrams, and animation for client presentation and exhibition utilizing Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD programs; developing building enclosure system designs and performing facade detailing for multiple types of buildings including visualization, material specification, and documentation in coordination with consultants; conducting research and collecting data for the production of diagrams related to project site conditions, regulations, zoning, and building codes; and coordinating with environmental consultants and leveraging results of their simulation data into project design strategy.
