Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Must have Masters degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field of study will accept foreign educational equivalent and 36 months of experience in the job offered of Associate Architectural Project Manager or in the alternate occupation of Architectural Project Manager, Architectural Associate, or related occupation, or any combination thereof. The 36 months of experience required must include 36 months of experience with each of the following coordinating architectural studies for major new structures as well as alterations to existing structures and site development; collaborating across business lines and multiple time zones in the design and documentation of commercial and industrial building projects; utilizing AutoCAD, Grasshopper, and Revit on core and shell designs and realizations for tall building programming; maintaining collaborative relationships with consultants and knowledge resources to ensure project deliverables are coordinated and integrated and performance goals are met.
