Must have a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Must have 5 years of postbaccalaureate experience with HR system implementation, integration and configuration. The 5 years of experience must include experience with HR systems in retail organization; building strategy for system enhancements; leading full project execution design, development, delivery and implementation; investigating analyzing and solving complex problems; implementing change with organization; and leading payroll operations. Must travel 10 domestically.
